<p>You also want to make sure that you have your lights on, that way any other drivers can see exactly where you are.  If you are driving in a manual car, you want to make sure that you use low gears – that way you will keep the traction that you have.</p>
<p>Do not ever use cruise control when you are driving in the snow, as it can actually make you hit bad spots versus avoiding them.</p>
