<p>One of the first things that you want to do is slow down.  While I know that slowing down is extremely difficult sometimes, you want to make sure that you allow at least three times more space than usual in order to allow stopping time.  This will ensure that you will not rear-end someone.</p>
<p>In the next blog, we will talk about how you should stop and what the steps are to keep your car safe in the winter.</p>
